What's up with the Troop?

We love the outdoors. We love it if it is sunny or rainy or hot or cold. We love the mountains and the fields, the trails and the views, the solitude and togetherness. We love it all! Recently the troop hiked the Panther Creek trail and spent the weekend at one of the primitive campsites. We hiked about 2 miles in to our campsite, setup our hammocks and tents, cooked some lunch and then hiked to the falls to cool off in the lake.

Here are some pics of our time in the wilds of North Georgia.

You gotta get up early if you want to get a primo camp site!

Before we set off on the trail. Everyone is so clean and fresh.

Some parts of the trail are more challenging than others.

Learning to setup up a hammock takes a little patience.

Tent city!

Hammocks and more hammocks.

Time for Lunch!

Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Selfie Time!

We made it to the falls!

Relaxation on a rock...I think they are still breathing.

It's time to go! Let's motivate the troops. Well, someone is excited.

Time to head home.

Does this look like something you would be interested in experiencing, if so let us know.
