It is expected that a Scout remain in good standing with the troop and BSA. Scouts who have not met these expectations will be disallowed from attending troop outings until they are in good standing. This includes, but is not limited to, being current on national and local dues rechartering the national BSA membership, and not being on disciplinary probation. Payment plans are available – it is the responsibility of the family to contact the Treasurer.
